Based on my Initial impressions of the phone, this device is a speedy entry level device thanks to the quite powerful Intel SoFIA chip that's faster than most entry level quad core devices.

It's priced at just 2,899 Pesos making it one of the most affordable phones in the world with Intel SoFIA chip. The Rogue 3 will be available early October. Will keep guys posted. :)
