Valve introduces the White version of Steam Deck OLED
The gaming handheld is still the same from the ground up but as evident, it now comes with a refreshed colorway. The company says the body features a White polycarbonate shell and is complimented with grey buttons, triggers, and orange orange-accented power button.
Additionally, you will be provided with a White microfiber cleaning cloth and a color-matched, special White carrying bag.
To recap, among the highlights of the revamped Steam Deck is the lighter weight, 90Hz 7.4-inch OLED screen with 1280 x 800 resolution, 1000 nits brightness, 180Hz touchscreen polling rate, 6nm AMD APU, 16GB RAM, 512GB or 1TB storage, longer battery with 3 to 12 hours usage, bigger fan and updated thermals, WiFi 6E and improved power efficient with the help of Steam Deck OS update.
According to Valve, the item will be accessible in a limited number, with "stock allocated proportionally across each region." Buyers must have a current Steam account and have made at least one transaction before November 2024. As a limited edition release, Valve will limit orders to one per account and will not resupply the gadget once it sells out.
