Affordable 5G from POCO in 2025?
In India, the new M7 5G is advertised to be the phone in the segment with the largest and eye-safe display and the only phone in the segment with 12GB RAM and a Snapdragon Processor.
The phone measures 171.88 x 77.8 x 8.22mm and weighs 205.39 grams. It comes in either Satin Black, Mint Green or Ocean Blue colorways. The body is IP52 dust and water resistance rated.
The Phone features a 6.88-inch screen with a 1,600 x 720 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 600 nits peak brightness and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light and Flicker Free certified.
Inside is the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 octa-core processor, an Adreno 613 GPU, a 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM, a 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage, microSD card expansion, and a 5,160mA battery with 18W charging.
At the back of the phone is the 50MP f/1.8 main camera, a secondary camera with an LED flash while in front is the 8MP f/2.0 selfie camera.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, an FM Radio, a bottom-firing speaker, 5G, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB-C.
Running the show is Android 14-based Xiaomi HyperOS.

In India, it is expected to go on sale this March 7 on Flipkart.
There is no word yet on Philippine availability and pricing.
