Anker announces the Soundcore Liberty 5 three years after the debut of Liberty 4 last 2022.
A new successor after 3 years
The new model retains the stem-style design and flat case, similar to the Liberty 4 Pro. It comes in different colorways such as Black, White, Blue, and Pink.
It uses 9.2mm drivers and features Soundcore’s ANC 3.0 technology, which the brand claims to offer 2x noise reduction compared to the Liberty 4 NC. The earbuds also include six microphones for improved call quality.
Furthermore, the new product boasts an LDAC HiRes wireless codec and supports Dolby Audio for immersive listening.
Meanwhile, the battery life has been upgraded, providing up to 12 hours of playback with ANC off and around 8 hours with ANC enabled.
There's also an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance, allowing the device to withstand minimal dust, sweat, or splashes.
Finally, it connects via Bluetooth with multipoint connectivity support and Google Fast Pair compatibility to Android devices.
