The Cherry Mobile Flare P1 Mini is a ultra-budget handset packed with a 4 inch screen w/ 1.2 GHz quad core processor. It has 512 MB RAM, 4 GB expandable storage, and 1,300 mAh of battery capacity. Then it has a 5 MP main camera, 2 MP front facing camera, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
