ASUS ROG Phone 2 key specs and highlights
It uses an Aura RGB body, 6.6-inch 19:5:9 display with FHD+ OLED screen with an insane 120Hz refresh rate, Gorilla Glass 6 protection, and In-Display fingerprint scanner.
There's a 7nm 64-bit Snapdragon 855 Plus 2.96Hz overclocked octa-core processor, 3D vapor chamber, 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, 512GB UFS 3.0 storage, 6,000mAh battery, 48MP Sony IMX586 + 13MP 125-degree ultra-wide lens, stereo audio, quad mics with noise cancellation, and dual vibrating motors.
The ROG Phone 2 also goes with WiFi 802.11802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ad (5G, 2×2 MIMO), 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and NFC.
For gaming, it has an ultrasonic pressure-sensitive Air Trigger buttons return and a new accessory for gaming, the AeroActive Cooler II which lowers the surface temperature up to 5 degrees Celsius.
