Build / Design - Nokia 8.1 has a relatively dated design with a HUGE notch upfront. It also has slim bezels and chin. The OPPO F11 Pro sports a more updated design with a fullscreen display and a motorized pop-up selfie camera.

Nokia 8.1 has a faster CPU and GPU combo. Both have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. However, F11 Pro takes the lead in the battery department with a bigger cell and faster fast charging technology.

On paper, the F11 Pro sounds more impressive due to the sheer size of its main sensor at 48MP. However, Nokia 8.1's dual-camera setup is supplemented with great features such as Dual PDAF, OIS, and EIS. The latter has a bigger selfie camera sensor as well.

Our thoughts
Both Nokia 8.1 and OPPO F11 Pro are pretty good phones under PHP 20K. Nokia 8.1 might have the advantage in terms of screen technology, specs, and camera features though.
On the other hand, OPPO F11 Pro has a bigger main camera sensor, a bigger battery, faster charging, and a more affordable price tag.
