Vivo has just sent an announcement to team GIZGUIDE that the company will launch a new "stylish smartphone" soon.

A new stylish Vivo phone is coming!
According to Vivo, the said device is the Vivo S1, a smartphone which highlights a stylish Skyline Blue and Diamond Black glossy finish, AI triple-camera setup, and "state-of-the-art" features.
To recall, this device was first introduced in China back in late March of 2019. It is a phone that is a bit similar to the Vivo V15, but with slightly toned-down specs.
It still uses a 6.53-inch FHD+ 2340 x 1080 display with no notch and a motorized pop-up camera system.
The difference between the S1 and V15 is the S1 only has a 24.8MP front camera instead of 32MP.
The rest is similar to the V15. At the back, it highlights a triple-camera setup with a 12MP f/1.78 + 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide + 5MP f/2.4 triple-camera setup.
Under the hood, it runs with a 12nm 2.1GHz Helio P70 octa-core shooter, Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, up to 256GB expandable storage with microSD card, and 3,940mAh battery with 18W fast charger.
But, based on the teaser image by Vivo Philippines, we won't be surprised if the S1 they are referring to is the Vivo S1 Pro with the more powerful Snapdragon 675 since it doesn't have a physical fingerprint scanner at the back.
IF that's the case, we'll enjoy an In-Display fingerprint scanner in front instead.
